As the exclusive North American distributor for the registered version
of this product, HomeBrew Software authorizes distribution of the
friendware version only in accordance with the following restrictions.

This product is being distributed as friendware.  That is, you can pass
copies along to friends as long as you do not charge for it.  This
includes charging for the disk that the product is placed on.  No fee
of any kind can be charged unless a distribution agreement is signed
with an authorized Ticsoft distributor.

Anyone seeking to make a profit of any kind from the distribution of
the this product package must first obtain permission from an
authorized Ticsoft distributor.  All parties profiting from the sale
and distribution of this product must pay a royalty for each copy sold
unless an agreement to the contrary is signed with an authorized
Ticsoft distributor.

Distribution of this product via BBS is acceptable.
