This is version 3.5 of Arasan, a chess-playing program.  It is 
copyrighted, but may be freely distributed under the following
conditions:

1. No charge is made for it, except a nominal fee for distribution
or media.

2. The program is distributed unmodified.

This version of the program is for Windows 95 and Windows NT 3.5 or
higher.  It will not run under Windows 3.1; however, an older
version that does run under Windows 3.1 is still available.
