You'll never know until you try.  Seriously, minimum requirements are a 386/33, a
Super VGA monitor and graphics card, 4 megabytes of RAM plus a 4 megabyte 
swap file, a single-speed CD-ROM drive, an 8-bit Windows-compatible sound
card, Windows 3.1, and 1 megabyte of free hard disk space.  The recommended
configuration is a 486 with 8 megs of RAM and 12 megs of free hard disk space.\
