This is a half turn scenario. You are in command of the
German (gray) units. To win, you must move a German unit
into each of the city hexes that contains a flag

Map Scrolling - Moving the cursor to a screen edge will
scroll the map in that direction

Unit Information - To examine a unit, right click on it and the
View Unit pop up will appear

Selecting a Unit - To Select a unit, left click on it

Moving a Unit - When a unit is selected, a shaded area will
appear around it. Left click anywhere on the shaded area, and
the selected unit will move there

Firing a Unit - To determine if a selected unit is in range of an
enemy unit, move the cursor over the enemy unit. If the
cursor changes into a circular targeting shape, left click on the
enemy unit to fire
