Your Internet connection to TEN is fast enough to play games... if only your modem was up to the task. -Are you using a 2400 or 9600 baud modem? TEN supports only modems with a speed of 14.4k and up. -Is your modem for some reason set to 2400 or 9600 baud? Same problem. -Is your phone line unreliable? Is your cat chewing on it? Bad for kitty. Bad for you. Possible solutions: -Go to the Options screen and re-test your connection. -Disconnect your modem entirely. Reconnect it, reboot, and try again. Sometimes modems "glitch out" for unknown (and perhaps unknowable) reasons. -If the problem persists, copy down the Diagnostics info from the Options screen.
