The Total Entertainment Network is an online destination where 
you can take part in top interactive entertainment with people 
from around the world.

The software you are about to install is what we call TEN's 
Preview Edition. The Preview Edition will connect you to a game 
arena on TEN.  From there you can play your game against other 
people online, and chat between the action. In addition, the 
Preview Edition gives you full access to the Internet (that's how it 
connects you to TEN) -- so if you have the right software, you can 
browse the World Wide Web, send e-mail, and do other Internet 
stuff. 

To make it all happen, first install the TEN Preview Edition 
software -- it's only a couple of megabytes. You'll then connect to 
our Registration Area where you'll find out about TEN's pricing, 
your free trial, and which access number is nearest to you. (If 
you're already using an Internet connection you're fond of, you 
don't even need an access number!  Just run TEN while connected 
to the Internet provider.)

After you've subscribed to TEN through the Preview Edition, we'll 
send you our CD-ROM so you can experience the rest of the service. 
You'll be able to explore the Web, set up a personal profile, 
download files, play games, and more.

But watch out -- TEN is creating a whole new medium for interactive 
entertainment. We'll be doing lots of experimenting, trying things no 
one has ever done. With your help, we can evolve TEN into 
something extraordinary --  something we could never predict.  Join

TEN's REQUIREMENTS:  Win95, CD-ROM drive, 14.4+ kbps 
modem or Internet connection, and a major credit card.
