Welcome to the Internet via SiriusNet and the World Wide Web! The World Wide Web (WWW) is a collection of information from all over the world - collected, maintained and presented by individual businesses, universities, and individuals. As you 'browse' the Web, you will be presented with all sorts of useful and fun data in the form of WWW 'pages' which can contain text, graphics, sound, images, and even animation.
As you read Web pages, you will notice certain highlighted text (colored or underlined) and graphics (colored borders) which represent hyperlinks to other information elsewhere within the current document or within another document on the Internet. You may click once on any link to jump to related information. To return to the previous page after visiting a link, click on the back arrow at the top of the Mosaic window or use the History command located within the Navigate menu. You can return to this page (the Home Page), by selecting Home from the Navigate menu at any time.
