To install this mod, just use the main.scm and american.gxt files in this directory 
to replace your existing ones.

Put the main.scm file in your gta3\data folder, overwriting the existing one.
Put the american.gxt file in your gta3\TEXT folder, overwriting the existing one.

To use this mod you MUST start a new game. Any time you save the game while this mod is installed, 
you can load that particular saved game from then on (as long as the mod is still installed).
