    Put your imagination into digital form by using this image capturing and manipulation tool. You can capture images from web pages and your desktop, as well as from digital cameras and scanners. Edit and transform your images using filters and effects such as canvas, bleed, blur, emboss, engrave, extrude, and jiggle to create slide shows, thumbnails and even muted backgrounds for Web pages and stationery.   • Adobe ActiveShare 1.5
    ActiveShare is a simple photo-editing program that allows you to import photos from digital cameras, scanners, or Kodak Picture CDs to your desktop. You can then organise your photos in customisable albums or then post them on ActiveShare.com.


  • Dog Waffle
    Dog Waffle is a paint program that contains natural painting tools, paper textures, multiple undos and over 70 filters. It also has options for compositing, gradients, image warping, custom brushes, an open plugin interface with examples, 3-D effects and supports a range of file types.


  • Futuris Imager
    Futuris Imager is an image manager and viewer that supports Photoshop and PhotoDeluxe images, JPEG, GFI (Fax format), BMP, GIF, animated GIFs, TIFF and other common formats. You can also use it to scan images from TWAIN-compatible scanners or devices.


  • ImageForge
    ImageForge is a graphics package that combines the elements of both paint and image-editing programs. While quick to load and full of helpful hints, some users may find it sluggish at times รป particularly with larger files. However, given its larger range of tools and features, it should not be overlooked.


  • IrfanView
    A compact graphics viewer and simple editor. IrfanView is ideal for previewing graphics, making simple edits such as cropping and file conversion. Additional features include image capture, audio playback and icon extraction from exe and dll files


  • Photo Explorer
    Extract photos from digital cameras, then jazz them up by adjusting the colour, brightness and contrast. Drag and drop to folders on your hard drive, the sort by size, date name or number. It also supports TWAIN image capture devices.


  • Photo Wizard
    Photo Wizard can import pictures from digital cameras, scanners and other digital sources. You can re-touch your photos, add special effects, crop and size your pictures. There are also options to adjust the colours, brightness, remove 'red eye' and more.


  • Reptile 2
    Reptile allows you to easily produce any combination of wavy, bubbly, organic, big, small, wide, narrow, rough or smooth textures. Besides generating a range of shapes and surfaces the program also allows you to colour the textures to suit the look and feel you require. You can use the creations for your Web page backgrounds, on your Windows desktop and more. Note that his program requires free online registration.
