Change font sizes quickly

Tip
Word 6.0 and later have a set of keyboard shortcuts that increase or decrease the size of selected text, either by the increments specified in the font size drop-down list or by single points. If the text includes more than one font size, the shortcuts will modify all font sizes in proportion. Use them to save time when formatting.

To get this effectPress this
Increase font sizes in default increments<Ctrl>-<Shift>->
Increase font sizes by one point<Ctrl>-]
Decrease font sizes in default increments<Ctrl>-<Shift>-<
Decrease font sizes by one point<Ctrl>-[
