The graphic's nice, but where's the address?

I thought your article about sprucing up envelopes (February p170) was great, and I was able to put a graphic on to my envelope with return address etc, but for some reason the address of the recipient will not print out -- I have tried everything, but each time I print, all I get is the return address and graphic. If I place a tick in the Omit return address box, it will print the graphic (with no return address) and then it will print the address of the recipient.
I would like to use this application, but I must be doing something wrong somewhere. Can you help? My printer is a BJC4100, and I had no trouble printing out envelopes with return address and recipient before I put the graphic in. I have also tried putting the return address into the graphic itself, thinking that would work. But no such luck.

The problem is that if the return address overlaps the recipient's address, only the return address prints. Inserting the graphic pushes down the return address. This is why the recipient address printed both before you had inserted the graphic and after you chose the Omit return address box. You can edit the return address so that it is no longer as wide. To view the layout before you print, click on the Add to Document button. This will create an envelope-sized page in the current document containing the address information. From the View menu choose Page Layout so that you can see how it will look when you print. You can now remove spaces, resize the graphic, or edit the return address so that there is no overlap.
Changing the return address in the document will not change the default return address. You will have to remember what you did and select Options from the Tools menu. Click on the User Info tab to view and change the current default "reply-to" address.
