Dialling Optus prefix from Exchange
Tip Some time ago, a question was asked in a magazine (I'm not sure if it was this one) about setting Exchange to use Optus dialling for long distance calls; that is, dial the prefix 1456. In Exchange, the field for entering this is three characters. However, I found that you can still enter the four-character number -- only three numbers are displayed on the screen, but Exchange correctly dials using Optus. - William Timothy Pate | Category: Communications Issue: Dec 1996 Pages: 176 |
