Footers in mail messages

Mine is not really a problem, but more of a wish. I use Microsoft Exchange on Windows 95 for sending my Internet mail, and would like each of my messages to have the same format with particular fixed text as a footer to the message. Is there any way of achieving this?

With Microsoft Exchange you can use its inbuilt e-mail editor, or if you have Microsoft Word you can use WordMail.
With the Exchange e-mail editor you only seem to have the option to set the font. You can do this by selecting Options from the Tools menu. Choose the Send tab. To set the font click on the Font button.
If you are using WordMail (automatically activated if you have Word on your computer), then you can set up e-mail templates by choosing WordMail from the Compose menu. You should get a list of default templates. By choosing theEdit button you can select font and type any text that you want and save it as a template to be used when you send e-mail.
