If the icons in Eudora 4.3Æs toolbar are too large or completely garbled, then there is a simple trick to remedy the problem. Eudora states that the reason for this issue is a ædisplay problemÆ and the instructions below will set the display options back to their default settings. First open a new message in Eudora. Type in the following including the angle brackets < >

<x-eudora-option:ToolbarDisplayFix=1>

The text will appear as a blue hyperlink. Next hold down the ALT key and click the link. Click OK when a confirming window appears. Exit and restart Eudora. If the problem persists, follow the above steps but replace the text with the following

<x-eudora-option:ToolbarDisplayFix=2>

Note that this second option restricts icons to those that are present in the default setting û customised buttons may no longer appear.
