Here is a simple way to create and address a new Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express e-mail message, even when the program isn't running. Simply select StartòRun and type mailto: plus the e-mail address of your recipient, and then press <Enter>. You can do the same thing within your browser's URL field. For instance, to reach me, just type mailto:helpscreen@idg.com..au. You can also enter mailto: by itself to bring up a new message box with a blank address field.<- put this in a little box ->
