Your inbox is jammed, and you need to find all the responses to a particular message ù say "Blackmailing the CEO". Click the Subject bar in the Inbox window to arrange messages alphabetically by subject, and thereby group all messages with the same subject.

Outlook Express will ignore prefaces such as "Re:" and "Fw:", so "Blackmailing the CEO", "Re: Blackmailing the CEO" and "Fw: Blackmailing the CEO" will be grouped together.
