| If you need to write a short, simple document, speed up the creation process by using WordPad rather than a heavy-duty word processor. With all Word's basic features, and a nearly identical interface, WordPad is a fast-loading program that won't hog your computer's memory. To run it, select Start*Programs*Accessories*WordPad.
