Tame WordPerfect's tab key

As installed, WordPerfect 8 behaves oddly if you press the <Tab> key at the beginning of any but the first line of text in a paragraph. Instead of moving the text on that line to the next tab stop, WordPerfect indents the remainder of the paragraph to the next tab stop.

To make WordPerfect behave more normally when you press the <Tab> key, select ToolsûQuickCorrect and click the Format-As-You-Go tab in the QuickCorrect dialogue box. Uncheck QuickIndent in the Format-As-You-Go choices box, then click OK.
