Tweaker 2000
Change various Windows settings, including the double-click sensitivity and
the default menu alignment. Make a window show its contents while you drag
it, make Windows use 256-color icons (even without Plus installed), or make
your Windows 98/NT Start menu look like Win 95's. The utility also offers
several Internet Explorer and Outlook Express options.
