Pinned down

Tip
I read, with interest, your reply to Brad Harman (Windows Networking: putting it all together, June 97, p153). There are a couple of minor errors in your reply.
1. I believe the AUI connector has 15 pins, not 25 pins.
2. BNC cable is not the same as used for television aerials. Yes, it is round, black and coaxial but TV cable is 75Ohm while BNC network cable is 50Ohm. BNC cable is the same as CB antenna cable. I know this is a minor point but I doubt you will find anyone who would guarantee correct operation using TV coax!
3. 10BaseT connectors are 8-pin though I believe only 4 pins are used.
