Dead set scrolls

On most Web pages, you'll want to have your mouse handy to click on enticing links. But if a page contains a lot of text it can be laborious clicking the scroll bars to move up and down. In Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, you can use the space bar to scroll down a page, as long as the cursor isn't in a text field. IE also lets you scroll up again, using Option-space. In Navigator, you can use the Command key and up and down arrows to scroll back and forth.
