Other fields of food industry

These collections cover the fields of dairy and baking industries, production of margarine, chocolate and sweets. The whole collection includes about 40 inventory numbers. Worth particular attention are milk centrifuges Pfanhauser (1885) and Skoda (1930), wooden model of trade bakery from 1880-1900, model of margarine production 1928-1930, model of chocolate factory 1920-1925, models of machines and equipment from chocolate factory (1910) and samples of
