A. A personal memo is a note that appears on your calendar to remind you of important things such as birthdays, anniversaries, or whatever you want. Personal memos are shown only to you and those who have read-access to your calendar.

Q. What is a global memo?

A. Global memos are identical to personal memos except they appear on everyone's calendar.

Q. How do I create a personal memo?

A. From the calendar view select the day on which you want the personal memo to appear and then click the Add Memo icon. This opens the Add Memo screen. Enter your text and click the finished button.

Q. How do I create a global memo?

A. From the calendar view select the day on which you want the global memo to appear and then click the Add Memo icon. This opens the Add Memo screen. Enter your text and enable the ôPlace this memo on everyone's calendarö checkbox. Finally, click the Finished button. If you do not see the ôPlace this memo on everyone's calendarö checkbox then you do not have permission to create global memos.
