The MDaemon Settings link will take you to WebAdmin, a sister program to WorldClient, that allows you to alter your MDaemon settings if you've been given permission by the MDaemon server administrator.  WebAdmin has its own help file and you will be able to learn more information about its operation by viewing that help file.
