LookOut |
The WorldClient LookOut theme is unique among the WorldClient Themes, it is designed specifically for use with Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6. The LookOut theme uses frames, and is probably best for use on higher bandwidth connections. Due to its familiar interface, many people will feel comfortable using it.
The LookOut theme is navigated via the top of the page using the menus and buttons. For more information on navigation in the LookOut theme see Navigation.
The LookOut theme's message listing is the exception among the WorldClient themes, it is recommended that users view the information on the message listing help page to gather instructions on how to effectively navigate the message listing.
The message view in the LookOut theme is also similar to other WorldClient theme's, with a few added features. The message view allows you to view a message (which can be selected from the message listing page) and reply, forward, delete the message, and other useful actions that you may want to perform with a message. You can get more information on the message view in the message view section of this help file.
Composing messages in the LookOut theme is easy, and you can compose the messages in a new window, or in the main window depending on your preferences. In certain cases, you may even be able to compose faxes and send them through WorldClient. See the Compose page for more information.
The LookOut theme's Calendar pages include a Month View, Week View, and a Day view (available on the main page). You can create Memo's, Appointments and meetings. More detail on this great WorldClient feature can be obtained in the Calendar section of the help files.
WorldClient's suite of features include an Address book, some installations on the server will optionally allow you to keep track of many details including work and home addresses and phone numbers. For more information on the address book see Address Book.
WorldClient is full of features, and many of these features have potential settings or give you options as to how messages are displayed, whether you want to compose messages in a new window, or a myriad of other settings that you may want to use. There are actually up to eight settings pages for different Options categories Preferences, Compose, Calendar, Mailboxes, Folders, Filters, and MDaemon Settings.
