The Virtual Owners Partnership (VOP) is an Internet-based Thoroughbred racing partnership, designed to allow people to get involved in Thoroughbred ownership with a minimum investment of time and money. VOP was formed in September, 1994, by a group of 20 subscribers to the Derby List, pioneering the concept of the Internet racing partnership. The partnership now consists of approximately 30 people from all over the United States. VOP's founder and managing partner is Cal Jestice, and without him would never have come into being. Our pride and joy, Itbaya, will come back into training in March and should be campaigning by late April. We look forward to seeing her break $100,000 in career earnings this year.

An update to Vop's first horse: Major Storm was purchased and retired by partner Terry Bjork last fall. Since that time Terry has found a new owner who will be retraining him for other purposes. Con'grats and kudos to Terry and the new owner! (Terry we didn't know you had that big of an apartment!)
