Installing POSIX Utilites

The POSIX Utilites are not installed by the Windows 2000 Resource Kit setup program. To install them, use the following procedure:

To install POSIX Utilities

1. Insert the Windows 2000 Resource Kit companion CD into your CD drive.
2. When the Setup screen appears, click Explore the CD.
3. In the <cdroot>\apps\posix directory, copy and paste the tools you want to use to your hard drive.
