Single-user License:
   Registration fee is US$15.

Site License:
   Please e-mail the author at mannfai@pacific.net.sg to enquire about the
   available rates.

A postal fee of US$5 is to be included for users who want to receive FTP
OutBox via postal mail.

* Note:  Distributions via postal mail are done with 3.5" disks.
