Drag the Degrees slider to set the number of degrees \nfor the twirl. Select the Clockwise option to cause the image to twist \nin a clockwise direction and deselect the Clockwise option to cause the \nimage to twist in a counterclockwise direction. High Quality uses weighted \naveraging to create a smoother effect.
