Starting Microsoft SMTP Service

If the default startup setting is Manual, you can use Internet Service Manager to start Microsoft SMTP Service.

1. In the Internet Service Manager window, expand the tree structure for the SMTP site.
   
2. Select the SMTP site.
   
3. From the Action menu, choose Start.
