FTP exit message
(modifies the ExitMessage metabase property)
Range: String
Default: <blank>

FTP greeting message
(modifies the GreetingMessage metabase property)
Range: String
Default: <blank>
Location in ISM: Messages property sheet
Can be configured at: FTP site level
When a new user connects to the FTP server, the server can send a friendly welcome message detailing contents and administrative information. This string (multiple lines) specifies the message to use for greeting the new client connections.

Maximum connections message
(modifies the MaxClientsMessage metabase property)
Range: String
Default: <blank>
Location in ISM: Messages property sheet
Can be configured at: FTP site level
When the current connection exceeds the maximum connections specified for the FTP service, the service can send a friendly message to clients. This is a single-line message.

Directory output style
(modifies the MSDOSDirOutput metabase property)
Range:: 0,1
Default: 1 (enabled)
Location in ISM: Home Directory property sheet (FTP only)
Can be configured at: FTP site level
This parameter specifies the style of directory output for a LIST operation from an FTP client. If enabled, the service generates a MS-DOS-style directory listing. If disabled, the service generates a UNIX-style listing. Some clients will not display MS-DOS-style listings. For this reason you should consider disabling this setting. UNIX-style listings consume more CPU time.

Web Site Publishing

Range: 0,1

Directory browsing settings
(modifies the EnableDirBrowsing and EnableDefaultDoc metabase properties)
Range:0,1
Default:
0 (disabled)
Location in ISM: Web site, virtual directory and directory property sheets

Default: default.htm
Location in ISM: Documents property sheet
Can be configured at: Web site, virtual directory, and directory levels
This value specifies the file to return to a client if no file is included in a client's request. Multiple documents must have a ", " separator. For example, "default.asp, default.htm" will function properly but "default.asp default.htm" or "default.asp,default.htm" will not.

Indexing content
(modifies the ContentIndexed metabase property)
Range: 0,1
Default: 1 (enabled)
Location in ISM: Home Directory, Virtual Directory, and Directory property sheets
Can be configured at: Web site, virtual directory, and directory levels

Range: String
Default: no expires header
Location in ISM: HTTP Headers property sheet
Can be configured at: Web site, virtual directory, directory and file levels

Default: no footer
Location in ISM: Documents property sheet
Can be configured at: Web site, virtual directory, directory and file levels
This value specifies the custom footer that is appended to files that are returned to the client. The footer can be a string or a local file. The custom footer will be sent only if the Enable Document Footer check box is selected.
