HTML Authoring

Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is a language used to format a Web page. There is a variety of ways to create a Web page, some of which do not require that you learn HTML such as Microsoft® FrontPage. When choosing a Web page authoring tool, you should carefully consider your Web publishing goals. If you are interested in experimenting with HTML authoring, you can use a standard text editor to create a Web page.
