Find Web Site (findweb)

Summary: Finds the named web on the specified computer.
Usage: findweb findweb [--computer|-c COMPUTER]
            WEBSITE
            [--help|-?]
Parameters: Computer The computer on which to look.  If not specified, LocalHost will be searched.
WEBSITE Web Site to be searched for. If not specified, will search for "1".

The name can be specified as one of the following, in the priority specified:

Server Number (i.e. 1, 2, 10, etc.)
Server Description (i.e "My Server")
Server Host name (i.e. "www.domain.com)
IP Address (i.e., 127.0.0.1)
