  • Go to InterActual Player Support site at http://support.interactual.com/ for up-to-date technical support information.
  • Call InterActual technical support at +1 408-436-6700 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

When you call technical support, please be in front of your computer with InterActual Player software running. The following information will also be very helpful:

  1. The title of the DVD you are trying to play (Support is only available for InterActual-enabled DVDs).
  2. The make and model of computer you are using.
  3. The version of Windows installed on your computer.
  4. A description of the problem you are encountering, including the exact text of any error messages.
  5. The name and version of the DVD Decoder you are using.*
  6. We also strongly recommend that you be at the computer with which you are experiencing difficulties.
* To see if your computer has a decoder installed please use our System Information tool. Click the "Get Computer Info Now" button and look at the DVD Decoder item.
