LogoManager requires a cable or infrared port in order to communicate with the phone. SMS messages are sent from the mobile handset, so a connection is required to send these as well. LogoManager cannot use a modem to send SMS messages.

	This solved the problem.
	I have a cable or infrared port, but I still can't access the options.
