Q1014: Why is the logo preview window empty, or shifted up?
This problem occurs on systems that are using the ATI Rage graphics
drivers. There is no solution for this problem at the moment, although any
one the following may get around the problem:
- Ensure that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card
- Disable hardware acceleration in your graphics card driver
- Change the system screen resolution
- Change the system colour resolution
