Other sychronisation software that runs in the background may interfere with the data stream so that LogoManager cannot access the phone. This includes Palm Pilot HotSync software and other phonebook and calendar management software that runs, for example, when Outlook is open.
In order to use LogoManager (and other software) it is necessary to disable the device allocation in this software.
