If you previously used infrared version 1.0 of LogoManager, then you were originally configured for DirectIR mode - this is not the same as IrDA You will need to either reconfigure LogoManager to use DirectIR again, or reinstall the IrDA drivers for your infrared port. A restart of the machine may also be required.
