Check the dialing settings for your location
- In the dialing error screen, click Dialing Properties.
- Make sure the settings under To access an outside line are correct for your telephone system.
For example, if you are using a telephone system within a company, you might first need to dial 9 (or some other number) to dial an outside line.
- Make sure the Tone or Pulse setting is correct for your telephone system.
- Click OK, and then click Next.
