Screen
Rez By Mike Quirk
This JavaScript checks to see what the screen resolution is.
If you've created a page based on a larger resolution, you can use
this script to inform the reader that their resolution is not
optimal. |
It is easy to submit your Javascripts to
Javascripts.com:
Do it by
e-mail.
You
can now e-mail them as well. We ask that you use the following
guidelines. We will try; however, we cannot guarantee that you will
be notified when your script is posted. If provided, we will include
your name with the script when it is posted.
- Send the e-mail to jsnews@earthweb.com
- Make the subject line: JAVASCRIPT
Submission
(Note these e-mails are automatically filtered.
Any other subject line may be missed)
- In the body of the e-mail include the following information:
- Your name and e-mail address
- The name of the script
- The date you are submitting the script
- Browser versions script is compatible with
- Names of the files included
- A short description of what the script does (2 to 5
sentences)
- Provide permission to reprint the script. This can be a
simple statement such as:
This script is given freely
to the public domain and may be reused by anyone
- Attach the individual files or a zip file. (A zipped file is
preferred)
Before submitting a script, please review the scripts within the
Javascripts repository. If your script duplicates another script's
functionality and code, then we may chose not to publish it. If you
script is unique or simply a lot of fun, it may appear in the weekly
Javascripts newsletter as a featured script. |
