These are the great OS/2 Warp 4 CD Player and Light Table folder. The latter allows real time previewing of bitmaps. You can also convert any bitmaps (anywhere, not just in Light Tables) between any supported formats, and the same for PCM Files.

OS/2 supports multiple associations for any data files, and I am now opening CITY.JPG in Photo>Graphics.
