This is Netscape Navigator for OS/2 in action with URL objects. The URL objects are considered as being shadows of a site on the Internet that you can drag in and out. You can also copy the HTML codes, the images and the links of a page, or just shadow them. You also see in the menu bar a new menu that you haven't seen before, Links. This menu allows VoiceType to navigate on the net!

Netscape Communicator will also be available soon for OS/2, if not already, as a free upgrade.
