Microsoft Logo Programs

The Microsoft logo programs enable customers to easily identify products that take special advantage of Microsoft« operating systems and platforms. There are two types of programs, those that require testing, and those that do not. Logo programs that require testing give ISVs a way to demonstrate that their products provide extra benefits and have been tested and integrated with the Microsoft platforms. Other logo programs allow ISVs to show support for Microsoft technologies and platforms without requiring testing.

	Designed for BackOffice  The Designed for BackOffice« logo enables customers to easily identify products that have been developed to take advantage of the key technologies of Microsoft BackOffice. Client/server or Windows NT« Server applications can also carry the Designed for BackOffice logo.
	Designed for Windows NT and Windows 95 (SOFTWARE)  The Designed for Windows NT and Windows« 95 logo is for commercially marketed desktop applications that run primarily on Windows NT Workstation and Windows 95.
	Designed for Windows NT and Windows 95 (HARDWARE)  The Designed for Windows NT and Windows 95 logo identifies hardware systems and peripherals that have been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Lab against our family of Windows operating systems.
	Windows CE  The Windows CE logo program provides ISVs with a way to demonstrate that their products provide extra benefits and have been tested and integrated with Windows CE.
	Microsoft Office 97 Compatible  The Microsoft Office 97 Compatible program supplies third party software vendors with guidelines to make their products look like and work well with Microsoft Office.
	Visual Basic Technology  The Featuring Microsoft Visual Basic« Technology logo program was developed by Microsoft to help end users identify software products that utilize Visual Basic technology and to ensure compatibility between products.

	Internet Explorer  The Microsoft Internet Explorer logo clearly identifies your site as a showcase for the most advanced Internet features and technologies.
