Dexter3

Disclaimer:	
	All Delphi topics were catagorized according to Delphi help file

	Not all API topics ( New for Winxx ) contained group information
	and may not be in correct folder/groups.

Installing:
	1] Create a folder.
	2] Copy or unzip files
				Dexter3.exe
				Dex.dat
				Dex.dtr
	   into folder (must be in same folder).
	3] Run Dexter3.exe

HLP Files:
	Required help files:	Delphi3.hlp
				Win32.hlp
	
	If xxxx.hlp file(s) exist double clicking a topic in the topic list will
	open the help file at the selected topic.

Editing:
	Folders can be moved, deleted, and renamed (duplicate names not allowed).
	Topics can be moved but not edited.
	Drag and drop with mouse to move folders and topics.

	To enable editing run Dexter.exe with switch /LETSGOEDITING
		run 'dexter.exe /LETSGOEDITING'

	Note:	Recommend making backup files before editing.
		Files to backup:  Dex.dat and Dex.dtr

Uninstalling:
	Dexter is not installed with any uninstall information.
	Files to delete:	Dexter3.exe
				Dex.dat
				Dex.dtr

	Registry key to delete:
		HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Dexter\Dexter3


Dexter4?:
 	At the moment I do not have Delphi4 so unless that changes or
	I get D4's help files there is no Dexter4.
