  IMPORTANT : Make sure you un-install all previous copies of
  the HTMLib before installing this version.  This should be
  possible from the Start|Settings|Control Panel|Add/Remove
  Programs option.  
  

  Installation notes
  ******************
  The installation procedure for this download of the HTML Reference
Library allows three installation options.
  Typical : The HTMLib, The Tips 'n' Tricks and the Colour Wizard
            are all installed.
  Compact : The HTMLib only is installed.
  Custom  : You have a choice of installing any of the
            HTMLib, Tips 'n' Tricks and Colour Wizard modules.

  Whatever installation you choose, the Setup routine will place
the necessary files in the directory you choose during Setup and
place any necessary icons within whatever group you specify during
the Setup process.  For file details, see below.

  Registry Keys
  *************
  In order to facilitate running of the Colour Wizard from Explorer,
(by double-clicking on a '*.colwiz file') the following registry 
keys are created during Setup :

  HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.colwiz
  HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\colwizfile\Shell\Open\Command
  HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\colwizfile\DefaultIcon

  If you choose to uninstall the HTMLib (from Start|Settings|
Control Panel|Add/Remove programs) then all of these registry keys
are removed.  No other application should use the extension 
'*.colwiz', so these keys should not cause any problems.

  Files installed
  ***************
  The following lists the various files that will be installed and
their target directories.  It should be noted that a 'Typical'
installation routine will install all of the below files (if
newer than existing versions), a 'Compact' installation will
only install the 'HTMLib files' and a 'Custom' installation will
install any of the following files, depending on what 'modules' of
the HTMLib package are installed.

  where <INSTALLDIR> is the path\directory specified during setup
and <WINSYSDIR> is the Windows\System directory (typically 
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM).
  Several other files are created in the <INSTALLDIR> that are not
specified above.  These files are required by the Setup routine for
uninstallation of the HTMLib package and should not be deleted.

  NOTE : There is no 'maintenance' installation routine for the
HTMLib package.  If you will want to install other modules after
the initial installation, make sure you keep a copy of the original
download archive.  Also note that no 'user-created' files are 
removed during the un-installation process.  'User-created' files
are '*.colwiz' files, created from the Colour Wizard.  If these
are stored in the <INSTALLDIR> then the <INSTALLDIR> will not be
removed during un-installation.
