System Requirements

Windows version

%title% has been tested on Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. %title% does not work on Windows 95.

While it may be possible to use it on newer versions of Windows, we provide no guarantees that it will nor do we offer technical support for issues regarding the use of operating systems not listed above or on our website.

Note: We strongly recommend Windows XP as the choice of operating system as the user interface looks substantially better on XP than it does on other versions of Windows.

Memory

The application itself consumes very little memory. The number of message headers you can have in memory at any given moment depends on the amount of free memory you have. The more headers you are viewing in the headers window, the more memory will be required.

Note: Downloading headers does not consume memory as they are stored on your hard drive, and are not loaded in memory until you actually view them.

Note: %title% requires approximately 2 MB of memory to load 10.000 headers.

Hard drive

%title% requires less than 1.5 MB of hard drive space when installed. More space will be required for the headers you download and the files you decode.

Note: Downloading 10.000 headers requires a bit less than 2 MB of disk space.

Display

A high (16 bits) or true (32 bits) color resolution of at least 1024x768 should be used to properly display the windows. While it may be possible to use %title% with lower resolution, the windows may not look or behave adequately.
