Identities

%title% allows you to define an unlimited number of identities you can use to send Usenet or Email messages.

How-to: Add or edit identities

From the Newsgroups window, select ôOptionsö from the tools menu to open the options window.

Presented on the ôIdentity & Newsö tab is your ôMain Identityö. This is the default identity used to send messages.

Click on the ôAdditional Identitiesàö to view or edit additional identities.

IMPORTANT: Never, ever use your real email address when posting messages on the Usenet network, unless you are on a private system. Doing so will condemn that email address to endless spamming.

When you are sending a message from the Posting window, you can select the identity you want to use using the ôSend using this identityö drop-down list.
