#develop offers you enhanced control over your project, the name and description of your project, code generation, how it will compile, and deployment options. You access the project options by selecting the Project menu, Project options... item.
Different project types (i.e. C#, VB.NET, etc.) can have different options. Make sure you are referring to the correct tab based on your project type!
