This license applies to the evaluation version of ShellToys XP.  If you have purchased a license to use ShellToys XP, see the section named License & Warranty in the ShellToys XP help file after installation.

License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Cool Focus International Ltd. your use of ShellToys XP (the 'Software') indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this Software after the 30 day evaluation period a license must be purchased.

Unlicensed use of this Software after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.K. and international copyright laws.

You may not rent or lease the Software, nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the Software. If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use this Software terminates automatically and you then must destroy all copies of this Software in your possession.

Cool Focus International Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which ShellToys XP may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Distribution of Evaluation Version
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the installation package for this Software (a file named 'ShellToys.exe') as you wish; give copies of the installation package to anyone; and distribute the installation package in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the installation package with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.  You may not distribute individual components of the Software.
