What's Scavenger-region-set
===========================
Scavenger-region-set is a program which allows you to change the region
of your RPCII drive. You can set the region to one of these regions: 
1,2,3,4,5,6. It allows you also to set the region of your drive to 1+2+3+4+5+6.
That means, the drive should be able to play each region


How can I see if it works or not?
=================================
The region change works 100% when you can see that your change is accepted.
After each change, the program reloads automaticly. Make shure that the a. user
changes are not 0 !!!

1. USA, Kanada
2. Western Europe, Japan, South Africa
3. SE Asia
4. Australia, South America
5. Russia, Eastern Europe, Africa
6. China
0. All Regions !!!!!!


How to use this software
========================
1) Insert a DVD into the drive
2) Start Scavenger-region-set
3) If only one possible dive is detected, S-r-s will select the one drive, else
   you've to select the current drive manually.
4) Take a look at "User changes available". Minimum requirement is 1 change
   (!!!Attention: Every change the regioncounter decreases!!!)
5) Select the region
   (If the region is set successfully, the new region-optionbox will be selected
    automaticly, else the new region is not selectable.


(If you select region 0, only use regioncode free Software-dvd-players)
(Attention: Not all software-dvd-players would work will region 0)


How the program works
=====================
The program uses the wnaspi32.dll file which should be found in your system-directory.
At startup or when you press the refresh button, s-r-s gets the current 
region of your drive. It also gets the available user changes of your drive.
S-r-s uses just ASPI calls to set the new driveregion. If the regionchange wouldn't
work, the regioncounter wouldn't decrease, else the regioncouter decreases.

I tested it on my NEC-DV5500A drive (patched by Asid)
